Session, Event, & Lesson Policy Details
Session fees included in a session 12 pounds of clay and all of your glazes and firing fees. It also includes 2 open studio times to wrap up any work in progress and must be used within 2 weeks after your last class session. Other decorating materials and community tools are also included in the class fee. If you wish to purchase your own clay or basic tools we have those available in the studio.
Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your session up until seven days before the session start date, session fees will be refunded except for a $20 non-refundable registration fee. No refunds will be made after this date. No refunds or credit will be given for missed classes. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment. If a class is cancelled, you will be offered the option of another class or a full refund.
If you know at the time of registration that you will miss 2 or more weeks of the session, you may request to make-up one of these classes you will miss in another class during the same session. The second missed class will be supplemented with 2 additional open studio slots, and must be scheduled on the studio calendar and used within 2 weeks of the end of the session. This must be arranged at the time of registration. The option to attend another class will be based on the appropriateness and availability of that class. We are only able to offer make-up classes for absences that are planned before the start of the session. No refunds or credit will be given for other missed classes.
Event & Private Lesson Policy
Event and private lesson fees included all materials and firing fees during that event or lesson.
Events and private lesson registration needs to be complete, including payment at least 24 hours prior to event or lesson to reserve your date on the studio calendar.
Rescheduling and cancellation needs to be approved by the studio.
