This class is for people that have taken multiple beginner classes and are comfortable centering and throwing basic forms on the pottery wheel. Students at this level will continue to work on previous skills.
The instructor may choose to demonstrate a skill or challenge. Students can decide whether they would like to participate or work on an individual project with help from the instructor. Challenges may include teapots, covered jars, juicers, quick skill building tasks, etc.
Students typically complete around 3-5 pieces to fire and glaze.
Class fee includes 1, 12 lb bag of clay, glaze, tools, all firings, and 2 open studio passes.
Open studio passes must be used within 2 weeks following the last class date. All pieces must be picked up within 2 months after last class date.

Summer Super Session- June 15th- August 28th
A whole summer of studio time, what could be better or more flexible! SSS comes with 8 open studio passes and 5 class instruction opportunities. If the class sessions don't work around your schedule there will be videos available for what is covered in class and also next step videos for you to use during open studio sessions to finish your pieces.
