These nesting bowls were inspired by childhood memories of playing on the beaches of Lake Erie.
Pieces are thrown in my studio on the wheel, altered, and decorated. All pieces are fired in my home studio to a little over 2200 degrees, which vitrifies the clay body.
It is my hope to bring the natural world that inspires me into your home through my ceramic art using decoration and textural processes on the clay surface.
